Terms of Service

1. The service

Psychic Wizards offers AI-powered spiritual experiences, including daily readings, horoscopes, numerology charts, palm analysis, compatibility insights, and oracle chats. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

2. For entertainment and reflection

Our readings are designed to inspire reflection and curiosity. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Psychic Wizards. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, and you'll keep premium access until the end of the current period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Pricing, features, and tiers may change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

To keep Psychic Wizards safe and useful for everyone, please don't:

• abuse, harass, or threaten other people or our team;
• attempt to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
• use the service for unlawful activity;
• misuse the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; or
• resell, sublicense, or repackage our content without permission.

6. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for any significant decision. We continuously work to improve quality and welcome feedback through our contact page, or by emailing hello@arsh.ai.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, images, and notes you submit. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to operate the service for you (for example, to generate and store your readings). You can delete saved content from your account at any time.

8. Our intellectual property

The Psychic Wizards name, branding, design, written content, system prompts, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without permission.

9. Service availability

We aim for a smooth, reliable experience but cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform. Where appropriate, we'll let you know why.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychic Wizards and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
