Psychic Wizards ("we," "us") provides AI-powered spiritual guidance, including readings, horoscopes, numerology, palm analysis, and oracle chats. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain on purpose.

- Account details: name, email, password (hashed), and the birth details you choose to share (date, and optionally time and location).
- Readings & activity: the questions you ask, the readings we generate for you, and items you save.
- Optional images: if you use palm or face analysis, the image you upload for that reading.
- Subscription & billing status: plan, renewal date, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
- Usage & device data: basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser type, and crash diagnostics.
2. How we use your information
- Personalize your readings and recommendations.
- Operate your account, subscription, and customer support.
- Improve our service quality, including the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- Send transactional and (if you opt in) daily mystical emails.
- Detect fraud and keep the platform secure.
3. About AI-generated guidance
Readings on Psychic Wizards are generated by AI models. They are intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight — not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. We continuously refine our models to make responses more thoughtful and relevant.
4. Palm and face image handling
Images you upload are used only to generate the reading you requested. They are stored securely with restricted access. You can delete a saved reading at any time, and deleting your account removes your associated reading history and uploaded images from our active systems. Routine encrypted backups may retain copies for a short period before they expire.
5. Service providers we rely on
We work with reputable third parties to run the service: a cloud database and authentication provider, a payment processor, AI model providers, an email delivery service, and a privacy-respecting analytics provider. Each receives only the information needed to perform its role.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access or update your profile at any time from Settings.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data through our contact page, or email hello@arsh.ai.
- Where local laws apply (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you also have the right to portability, correction, and to object to certain processing.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine audits — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to minimize risk and respond promptly if an incident occurs.
9. Children
Psychic Wizards is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
10. International users
Our services are operated from the United States. By using Psychic Wizards from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
